Our Commenting Policy
Like many other websites today, this one has to deal with commenting spam. On a frequent basis we receive spam comments promising everything from how to enhance your sex life to how to
obtain a Russian bride. We sometimes also receive ranting and raving from the occasional crazy person. That is why the editor of this site, Steve Elliott, decided at this site's inception that
comments would be open only to verified members of the Apple Valley Property Owners Association. If you would like to comment on this site, please email Mr. Elliott at elliott.sm@roadrunner.com and
give him your name and Apple Valley lot number. He will then verify that you are actually who you say you are. This is a process that has worked well over the past year and has allowed the posting of
approximately 43 comments so far. Thank you.
