If we are already paying a sewer and water levy, why should we be asked to pay another $99.00 for this project. Surely with all of us paying in, there should be some money in reserve to take care of this item. Is there anyone on this Association Board who is looking out for us?

Clearly the actions of Mr. Harmer would indicate that he is quite ready to enter National Politics. His actions would fit in nicely with the current administration... totally unscrupulous. Would that we had an honest election system so that he could be unseated.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Steve. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. I like many in the valley appreciated his dedication and work for the betterment of all of us that live or owned property in AV. He will be missed! I hope all his work will not go in vain but instead be continued on by all that were involved.

We've always been against such a proposal. First, its prohibited by the Association's governing documents. But more importantly, why should we give a monopoly to one of the AV insider's friends to run a restaurant.

Now, if they want to open it out to bids to anyone, then that might make sense. The restaurant could pay the association for the privilege of operating on our property.
